At Morecroft we’re proud to have one of the best Health and Safety records in the industry. All of our staff are Site Safe accredited, First Aid qualified and undergo significant and ongoing in-house training to ensure that we look after ourselves, our clients, our sites and the environment while we work.
Morecroft is also accredited with the AS/NZ4801:2001 Health and Safety certification which is monitored and regulated both internally and externally. We’re serious about safety and firmly believe that if we look after our people well, they will look after our customers well.

Our people
We provide comprehensive and ongoing training to ensure our staff are up to date with all Health and Safety regulations
We regularly review our Health and Safety policies to ensure we are not only compliant, but exceed current legislation.
We have a strict policy on maximum work hours to ensure they have a healthy work/life balance. A happy team is a productive and safe team.
We undertake regular health checks on all our crew members. We look after them and they look after you, and us.
Our customers and environment
We create comprehensive documentation for every job we do, no matter how big or small. This includes exacting instructions, Site Specific Safety Plans and Job Safety and Environment Analysis to ensure care for our sites and the environment.
We identify all risks on site and follow the correct procedure to manage or remove these risks.
We check our equipment and tools daily before work to ensure it is safe and fit for purpose.
We only work with IANZ accredited laboratories to ensure all hazardous materials are tested in a safe manner.
We follow our Health and Safety policy religiously.
We recycle and repurpose building materials for reuse whenever possible.
